The strategic plan is, first and foremost, participatory. This means that, although the methodology and the drafting may not be perfect, it will still be drawn up by the entire community.

The community can participate in the production process for the plan via the following mechanisms:

1. Participation of the legal representatives of teaching staff, students and admin staff on the Strategic Plan Development and Monitoring Committee and its working groups.
2. Participatory survey results report for the entire university community. (report in Catalan)
3. Suggestion box.
4. Public display of the strategic plan document produced, prior to its approval.
