This pillar refers to all activities linked to research.
Basic Indicators
The UIB has 150 research groups distributed across the 18 areas classified by the State Research Agency (AEI).
In addition, the UIB currently has 20 European research projects, as well as 66 national and local projects.
The number of research staff is 778, distributed as follows:
